Stay with us and enjoy a city tour of Bulawayo, a township tour with KoS’nqo Ekhaya and a cultural tour at Amagugu International Heritage Centre.
City Tour – The city is one of the country’s most attractive cities with a mixture of Victorian and modern architecture which gives it a unique character. The tour covers Makokoba and the Herbal Market, Mzilikazi Art and Craft Centre, Railway Museum, National Art Gallery and the Natural History Museum.
Township Tour – Get an experience of Zimbabwe Township life by visiting and interacting with families who live in the township. Learn how to cook the staple dish “isitshwala” which will later on be served with braai (BBQ) meat. Taste opaque beers which are served in township pubs. Enjoy the music and local dances.
Cultural Tour – Amagugu International Heritage Centre offers participatory cultural activities for all age groups which include basket weaving, pottery making, mountain climbing, nature walk, tour of local villages, traditional games, dance and music. Also learn about and experience the richness and diversity of Zimbabwe’s indigenous cultural heritage.,
